Planning a private event or joining one of our iconic cruises? Here are some of the most common questions we get. If you’re still unsure, feel free to get in touch.

General Questions

Vessel Kingfisher II, Magic Charters, Harbour Lights Landing, Victoria Harbour Promenade in Docklands. Opposite Marvel Stadium.

Wilson Car Park, 800 Bourke St, Docklands. Access to the car park from Enterprise Way.

Take a train to Southern Cross Station. Exit towards Marvel Stadium. Walk approximately 10 min.

Take a tram 30, 70 or 75 from Flinders Street Station to Docklands. Exit Stop D 3 – Stadium Precinct -Bourke St/ Harbour Esplanade.

We send text messages 24 hours prior confirming or cancelling the experience. Please, check your emails and mobile phone messages for information about confirmation of your upcoming experience

Price of a private hire of the vessel for an  event will depend on minimum number of attendees, duration and catering  

Please email info@magiccharters.net.au and include brief details of the function you are planning. Our cruise consultant will get back to you via email with a date availability and cruise option/s

Yes however everyone under 18yo must have their parent or legal guardian with them.

We can cater for some special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten free, dairy free and some other. Please advise us about your special dietary requirements when you place your booking with us

Most standard manual wheelchairs can be accommodated; unfortunately, electric wheelchairs cannot due to boarding constraints.

Open: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Closed: Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays

Our buffet menu comprises of different dishes. There is meat, poultry, some seafood, vegetables and desserts served by chef from the buffet table. If you suffer from allergies, please let us know.

100% payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment must be made prior to the function/event to secure your registration.

All events are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.

  • Reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience. Rescheduling fee may apply.
  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows will result in you forfeiting your experience
  • If you are unable to attend your cruise you can send a substitute attendee as a replacement
  • If you wish to cancel more than 7 days before the start of the event, we will refund 50% of your ticket costs. This is applicable only to purchases made from Magic Charters. This is Not applicable to purchases made from the third-party websites.
  • If you wish to cancel less than 7 days before the start of the event, no ticket costs will be refunded.
  • If you wish to cancel after the event has started, no ticket costs will be refunded.
    In the event of a cruise being cancelled by Magic Charters will notify all registered passengers via email, prior to the event date and offer to transfer to a different event at an alternative date or to refund the ticket fee.
