    Our team will check availability and email your Magic Charters cruise tickets within 48 hours. Your booking is confirmed once those tickets arrive in your inbox — please have them with you on the day you board.

      Terms & Conditions

      By purchasing tickets and attending a Magic Charters event, you agree to the following conditions.

      Tickets

      • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
      • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

      If Magic Charters Cancels an Event

      Cruises may occasionally be cancelled or postponed due to weather or operational circumstances.

      Where this occurs, passengers will be offered either:

      • a transfer to another available cruise, or
      • a full refund.

      Magic Charters reserves the right to:

      • cancel or alter scheduled events where minimum passenger numbers are not reached;
      • change the boarding location if required;
      • substitute the advertised vessel where necessary.

      If You Need to Cancel

      If you cannot attend:

      • You may nominate a substitute passenger (subject to approval).
      • You may request to transfer to another cruise (subject to availability, at least 7 days’ notice and a $20 administration fee).

      Cancellation policy:

      • More than 7 days before departure – 50% refund (applies only to bookings made directly with Magic Charters).
      • Less than 7 days before departure – no refund.
      • After the cruise has commenced – no refund.

      Bookings made through third-party websites are subject to that seller’s cancellation policy.

      All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

      Non-Attendance

      Failure to attend due to illness, late arrival, transport issues, work commitments or personal circumstances does not entitle passengers to a refund or transfer.

      Passengers are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance where appropriate.

      Important Information

      • Window seating cannot be guaranteed.
      • Boarding closes at departure time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
      • The vessel returns to the dock approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled finish time to allow safe disembarkation.
      • Menus may vary depending on ingredient availability.
      • Dress code: Smart casual (no thongs, singlets or tracksuits).

      Children

      • Children are welcome.
      • All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
      • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
      • Please advise us at the time of booking if children (0–12 years) will be attending.

      Licensed Venue

      Magic Charters operates under a liquor licence.

      • No BYO alcohol is permitted.
      • Intoxicated persons may be refused boarding without refund.

      Ticket Transfers

      Tickets may be transferred to family or friends (subject to approval) but must not be resold for profit.
